I found Rose City Floral and especially Valerie, hope I got your name right, extremely helpful during a difficult time. The "Floral Rain" memorial spray was spectacular, much more beautiful than pictures. The flowers were fresh and an extra strength stand was used to hold this heavy yet gorgeous arrangement. I appreciated the kind notice from Rose City that the memorial spray was hand delivered. I thought everything that Rose City did was kind and caring.
