I wanted to order some flowers for my friend for Valentine's day. This was her first Valentine's day single in a while, and I wanted to show her love. I'm from Illinois, so I spent a good time researching flower places near her. I 100% recommend rose city floral. They were exceptional flowers delivered on time.
